Nick's getup is hard to decipher, but my immediate impression is of him dressed as a pirate - which, as a Redwall fan, I flat-out LOVE.

As for Judy as a vampire, the costume is great, but the aristocratic look on her face is what really makes it. The thought of her adopting a tone and mannerisms to go with that face... I'd literally laugh out loud, but there are people nearby who would think I'd gone nuts.
