You're A Try-er
I don't even know where to begin with this movie, I love it so much. <3
Judy really truck a chord with me. I'm an athlete (it's my last year :c) and I know what it's like to be judged and shut out because of my "species" and my gender. The movie just.. really got me. She's an excellent character and I see so much of myself in her, which is unusual because that normally never happens.
So I made a Judy thing.
I'm also kinda amazed how many people saw the movie but totally missed the message even though they are "fans" lol. But contrary to what I've heard- there is no right or wrong way to be a fan of this movie guys. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise :]

I'm confused too, but I agree about the movie overall - and I
definitely liked the athletics bits (something I've been working to
bring out in my own stories, particularly as it relates to Judy). |

This is a nice piece of work. Well done. I'm very confused on two points you made, however. The first is to the point over which "are amazed how many people saw the movie but totally missed the message even though they are fans". What message was it that they are all supposed to have totally missed? It seems to me that the majority of fans got the message completely. And, for those who may have missed it, Byron Howard, Richard Moore, Jared Bush and even some of the voice actors have been mentioning it very plainly in interviews. The other thing I am confused about is who is supposedly telling anyone that there is a certain right or wrong way to be a fan of the movie? I haven't seen that either. Unless I've missed something completely. |
