Manchas!
My favorite character! I don't know what it is about him, but I just get all giddy whenever I see him!
It got a little tough to finish the drawing when it came to coloring. According to the Art of Zootopia, Manchas has spots, but it's really hard to see on his actual 3D model. So, I compromised with myself and just added spots to his head and made the rest of him black.
