Minor Characters

Throughout the Zootopia movie, we are introduced to several characters, including many minor ones which only have very limited screen time, and few (if any) spoken lines.  Many of these we have already given character sheets here on Zootopia Source.  However, there are many others for whom so little screen time and information exists, that creating character sheets for them here was either simply too difficult (because of lack of visual material and available information), or is simply premature, pending any possible appearance of the characters in any theatrical or direct-to-video sequels which Disney may do in the future.

In the meanwhile, however, we here on Zootopia Source wanted to make whatever information IS posted on the internet available to you.  We have tempered this based upon a couple of key factors:
 

1. whether or not the material was on a web site which could be considered reliable or official (in this particular case, we relied primarily upon the Zootopia Wikia which, while not an official Walt Disney Corporation web site, has taken painstaking steps to coordinate their information with the official Disney Wikia page for the movie, as well as its research...and while not absolutely perfect, it is pretty darned good);
 

2. whether or not the information presented below has been confirmed by the directors of the Zootopia film (Byron Howard, Richard Moore, and Jared Bush).  As you can see in source references on the Zootopia Wikia, anything which appears below was double-checked by looking for official statements from these gentlemen, and can definitely be considered both official and canon.
 

One of the really great things about the directors of the Zootopia movie is that each of them has been very willing to field questions from fans, and to take the time to answer them.  That is especially evident on Twitter.  And it is even more interesting in that many of the minor characters, and even some of the major ones, have been fleshed out (and even named) as a result of questions and suggestions posed by fans.  Which is pretty cool!
