The Art of Zootopia
Author: Jessica Julius
Preface: John Lasseter
Forward: Byron Howard and Rich Moore
Pages: 106
Published: March 8th, 2016
The Art of Zootopia, which is a hardcover book, features concept art of the characters, buildings, regions, etc. The book also has written content in the different sections of the book. For example, Byron talks about how the film was originally going to have a James Bond aspect to it, but it was later scrapped.
While this book isn't the cheapest item on the market, it's a quality item The pages are thick with a nice texture to them, and the book itself (which is little over thirteen inches long) is quite solid. I will note that, if you're thinking about purchasing the Kindle version, beware. People have said in the reviews, on Amazon, that the pages are simply low res pictures of the pages.

Zootopia: The Junior Novel
Author: Suzanne Francis
Pages: 128
Published: January 19th, 2016
While the junior novel is obviously for kids (aimed at 9-12 year-olds), I think anyone could read this book and not feel like it's talking down to you. The text is on the larger side, but that's to be expected here.
As for the book itself, It follows the film's storyline quite nicely, and is a relatively short read. The book does drop a few names that weren't mentioned in the film. The first two names are Gareth and Sharla, the two sheep that Gideon Grey steals the tickets from. The second name is Dhrama, the landlady of the Grand Pangolin arms. The last two names are Kudu and Oryx, Judy's neighbors. However, according to the Disney Wiki page (and elsewhere), are playing off of the species in which they are based. Their official names are Bucky and Pronx Antlerson.
Lastly, between pages 60-61, are four pages of color screenshots from the film. I'll also note that, on the cover, Nick and Judy are beveled.
Zootopia Cinestory Comic
Author: Disney
Pages: 384
Published: March 1st, 2016
Much like the juniour novel, the cinestory comic book follows the film's storyline. The only thing I can say, since I don't own a copy of this book, is that the book isn't illistrated like your typical comic book. The book consists entirely of screenshots (on matt paper) with words and speech bubbles on them. I can see this book being a good option for kids who aren't quite ready for chapter books, or for someone who likes to collect comic books.
