            Appearance: We see her here dressed for a party at the Poisson mansion, but she usually wears more subdued clothing on-duty and casual attire off duty.

            History: Lillian first crossed paths with Olivia when, as a teenager, she was hired as a waitress at a Poisson party (possibly before Olivia took full control of the company).  Despite it being a temporary job, she thoroughly applied herself to it.  Her work ethic did not go unnoticed, and Olivia later contacted her about longer-term employment.  She quickly made her way up through the ranks of household staff at the mansion, ultimately becoming Miss Poisson's personal assistant - and about as close to her friend as one can be with a paycheck involved.  Currently, she oversees most of the mansion's daily affairs and functions as something like a lady-in-waiting.  She is also privy to most of Olivia's business dealings, though her involvement in them remains unclear.

            Personality: On the job, Lillian is fairly quiet and reserved, though her actions speak volumes about her loyalty to Miss Poisson.  Off it, she is more outgoing and engages in fairly normal activities for her age; shopping, a bit of reading, seeing a male skunk or two.  Though she never questions Olivia (or even calls her by her first name) publicly, she sometimes worries about the lengths her employer goes to in business and, deep down, wishes that Olivia would be a little less tightly wound once in a while.

            Skills and Interests:

                        I have not really explored Lillian's skills or interests, but she is a very capable manager and will apply herself to most any task, making up in dilligence and quick learning whatever she may lack in experience.  She also has a sharp sense of fashion and eye for detail, honed by countles times helping Miss Poisson prepare for occasions of all sorts

            Dislikes: Shady business dealings, rude boys.

            Connection to Zootopia: Works for Olivia Poisson, who is under investigation for a suspected link to the Night Howler plot.

            Inspiration: I can't really nail down the inspiration for Lillian, except that I thought Olivia would want a lady-in-waiting (being as classically minded as she is) and need someone to balance out her rough attitude.
