History:  When Kawaida was small, his biological mom couldn't take care of him due to his Autism who has it a bit severe.  Kawaida was sitting outside a builiding of the offical ZPD police with a note on his hands that said 'adopt me' then Officer Fangmeyer saw it and she decided she will take him as her son, she would treat him like it was her real son if even if he was "special". 

Time passed and he grew to be more stronger but sadly he couldn't talk , Ms. Fangmeyer had hope that he will speak like everyone else, she knew she would never give him up, she loved her son but her son was always stuck in his little 'world' a coocoon that would wrap him thus he didn't show her affection but he knew inside he loves his mommy, she always drives him to his teacher 's home Ms Todd and always hopes that he will be safe in his special school with the teacher. Kawaida was also happy that one day Gazelle walked to his class with the voulnteer aide Tess, the daguther of Mayor Lionheart. Kawaida is always wants to know new things whetever anyone is talking about.

Lately he has a crush on a girl named Hannah who's volunteering in his class, he hopes they will be together due to his Autism.
