Andy's mom appeared in all 3 films, however, in the first two, she did not have as much of an appearance , as you only see her body (head not included), and hear her voice. But in the third she is seen more often, as she talks to Andy  about his moving, and how the toys should be dealt with.

She has two children, (Andy and Molly) however if she is single or married its unknown.
