Ohhhhh you've done it now. Rose didn't mean anything! Travis or whatever his name was got killed and so she basically said she didn't know why she was living anymore or whatever. And Rose didn't die from the werewolf bite. Damon killed her to help her. If you didn't tell, Rose has lived some four hundred years more than Damon. Meaning, she had a lot more memories than him, thus leading to a lot more 'episodes', a lot more guilt, and a lot more craziness and danger and madness.

Whenever Damon does something right, it is a big deal because he's not known or expected to do the heroic thing. Whenever Stefan sacrifices something, it's shocking, but overall as usual. And Damon has saved Stefan or Elena numerous times so it seemed only fair that Stefan save him too.

And Damon's fans don't pretend to love him. I know I love him more because he's firstly more complicated, two it takes a real soul and real heart to understand him, and three I feel sorry for him and want to make him feel better even if he's a character in a show, and four, he's just hawt either way. X3

And why would you want him dead? Gives 10 times less chance Stefan will be able to be saved. If he died, it wouldn't have helped anything. That would mean Stefan would have gotten the cure for nothing. And then who would go save him? Surely not Elena. She can't find him. Even with Bonnie.

And, also, about the 'elena and stefan' thing... Damon even said he knew they'd always be together but since he thought he would die right then and there, he wanted elena to know he loved her. I mean... think about it. It prolly (or may) has happened to you. I know it's happened to me... You may like someone who kinda likes you back or doesn't at all but in the end they'll always be with another person. And now think about this. That other person is your SIBLING. And now think about this... it's happened to you TWICE. It's super hard to face a fact that they won't ever choose you. Even though you loved them. And the hurt from the first time, when they played you both but truly loved the other, would really hurt.

Or at least that's how I see it.

This whole war is all politics. If politicians gain money from it; the war will continue. There's only one reason why we are there; oil. That's it. Oil prices are almost $4.00 per gallion, and now the idiots in Washington plan on taxing it. If we drilled our own oil and natural gas; which we have the same amount; if not more; than the middle east our gas prices will be a $1.00 per gallion and in the meantime find better energy solutions. Our troops are fighting a war we should ended long ago. With our military might, the war should have ended years ago. If the President allows the Pentagon to run the war; the war will be over in a matter of days. But he; and the rest in charge are making too much money to do that...

I agree with you completly. The government is known to say things that are not the truth. Especially the past 20 years. I hope so also that are troops will be safer. They are on high alert right now; as in the name of Osama; a terrorist attack is very likley. Let's hope Al Qiueda (sp?) will slowly dispaned. They found dozens of CDs with profiles of Al Qiueda members, and now radio chatter is very high. Let's hope that at least sparks the end of them.
