Btw, the reason why I rated it as PG was the scene where Karnage threatened to kill Kit.

That's great to read; I like fanfics which are going into the past of the characters. It's a good example of fanfic, because that's something we will never see in any official product (the main characters haven't met yet)

I didn't notice any content that required a PG rating though...
