Myra
I was inspired in this pic to do her dress: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&q=myra+talespin#/d274e39 by tpirman1982.
I always wanted to do her because she's one of my fave characters. It is a pity that she no longer has appeared in more episodes.
