Spigot

Spigot

Just a speed drawing of Colonel Spigot.

I have to admit it, I'm starting to like him; So he's now one of my fave TaleSpin characters.
As reference, I was watching episodes where he appears.
Not my best artwork but I'm proud of it because it's the first time I tried to draw him.

I love this guy! He's a classic military hypocrite.
