EvanMowgli was the protagonist of the Jungle Book who was found by Bagheera the panther as a baby and raised by wolves who suggested he must leave the pack as he left with Bagheera they encounter the hypnotic python Kaa and met the strict elephant leader Hathi and then he befriended the lad back fun loving sloth bear Baloo and got kidnapped by monkeys which lead him to meet the jazzy ape King Louie and had his second encounter with Kaa and then he befriended four british vultures Buzzy Ziggy Flaps and Dizzy and then he outsmarted the ruthless tiger Shere Khan by tieing a burning tree branch to his tail and finally was taken back to the man village but Talespin however does not show Mowgli in any of the episodes and why is that .

TaleSpin, despite it having characters from the Jungle Book (Disney version, not the book version) and some of their similarities is not tied with the Jungle Book.
Think of it as a muti-universe. In one universe, Baloo is just a happy, carefree sloth bear who befriends a human boy. In the other universe, Baloo is an extremely talented pilot with a failing Baloo Air Service business, which he lost to Rebecca due to not paying back his loan from the bank. He meets an orphaned bear cub named Kit Cloudkicker, who sort of fills Mowgli's shoes in TaleSpin.
So in one universe, which is the Jungle Book, Baloo has Mowgli. In the universe which is TaleSpin, he has Kit.
Also, the reason Mowgli never appeared in TaleSpin was because when Jymn Magon and Mark Zaslove created TaleSpin, they never intended to have Mowgli in the show. If they did, he would've been on there in some way, shape or form. He could've been a bear, but then, that would eliminate the need for Kit Cloudkicker in the show. And also, if Mowgli was present, they'd have to come up with how all the animals could suddenly act as people, standing upright, dressed in clothes and driving cars or flying planes. And how Shere Khan went from being a killer hunter to a ruthless billionaire businessman....

Just to expand on KC's point: Having Mowgli as a bear would have been
fine as a one off deal; but there are a number of TaleSpin (myself
included) who felt Mowgli was a boring character in the Disney version
of The Jungle Book. I mean; in my case, it's even worse when you
consider that I used to watch the Japanese version of the Jungle Book
anime series in the 1990's during the time TaleSpin was on and I can
tell you right now that the Japanese Mowgli is a million times more
compelling than the Disney one. In fact; that Mowgli is closer to Kit
in terms of awesomeness and even killed Shere Khan on camera too.
Sometimes we Canadians see a lot of anime and Euro/Canadian crossover
cartoons that normally get ignored in the US. |

Probbly because Tale Spin is all about animals and they didn't want to
include humans. |
