WeylinAs with most of my old favorites, there are no recent up to date games for them.
Since there's probably no chance of anything official being made, what are the chances of a Fan made game project?
Multiplayer would be a preferable feature, adventure aspects, having a wide variety of activities to do and so forth, perhaps a way to create your own character through scale-sliders, adjustment nodes, preset parts, color picker, etc.
That's a shame, 'cause they would be surely successful. In fact, Warren Spector behind the "Epic Mickey" video game, wants to make a Ducktales game very hard but can't convince Disney to do it...
Anyway, about a Talespin game : I would be very interested in that, but :
- We do not have the ressources to do that. We're already missing people to do the "Virtual Season" project, and we would rather focus on that for now.
- 3D game? I don't know. Being a 2D animated series, I would MUCH prefer a 2D/hand drawn game. Not only that, but it's MUCH easier for fans like us to do a 2D game rather than 3D.
I'm not totally against the idea (especially if it's to make an "adventure/shooter" game a-la "Starfox"), but it would need to be a big budget game, and we couldn't.
- We talked about some ideas for Talespin video games here :
