TaleSpin was a top Disney show, a unique and creative masterpiece, and the first one created specifically for the popular Disney Afternoon programming block. 20 years later, it remains one of the most loved animated series Disney has ever created, and is fondly remembered by everyone who used to watch the Disney Afternoon. Most 1990s kids are now parents, nostalgic of it, but also very willing to share the awesomeness of these shows with their children. This is the right time to bring them back! Of course making a brand new series or episodes would be perfect, but unrealistic; although, the recent release of the "Darkwing Duck" comics, which are very successful (2nd best "kids" title selling each month!) proves that there's a high demand for it. With its wonderful, gender-free appeal to both adults and children, and world-famous characters like Baloo and Shere Khan, TaleSpin would be just as successful! (We'd like to kindly thank you for the TaleSpin vinylmations you released, and remind you it sold out in less than 6 hours!!!) We, the undersigned, would like to see Disney/Marvel release new TaleSpin adventures! The petition letter will be sent by regular mail, to various departments/companies : Disney Publishing, Disney TV Animation, Marvel and maybe other comic books publishers, by the end of December 2011.

2234	October 17, 2022	Papa Bear	36	Buderim, Australia	The reason I'm signing up for this petition is that I'm a huge fan of the old school Disney animation, and not the newer more modern Disney animation. I'm deeply unhappy with the live-action remakes of the animated classics that Disney keeps pouring out nowadays. As an ambitious comic artist, illustrator and storyteller myself this is want first got me into drawing and sketching imaginary characters in the first place. In fact I'm using Baloo as my inspiration my own fictional character Papa Bear in one of my stories. Since it's been many years Disney has shifted away from traditional animation I'm determined to bring this forgotten artform back albeit in some different form or another. Because they did a remake of Disney's Duck Tales over a few years back I'm still wondering that if they could do same for this show, although that may be some wishful thinking right there. Another valid good reason I'm signing up for this petition this that I love these types of cartoon shows which is something you rarely see nowadays. It is the type of shows with mixture combination of fun and adventure with interesting characters which is again something you don't see anymore. Anyway I'm so glad to be a part of this Disney petition as this means something to me and as I said I'm more determined than ever to bring back this artform whatever it takes. 2233	October 16, 2021	[email protected]	22	giza, Egypt	I like TaleSpin because of its wacky sense of humor. What I really think is that they should make Trader Moe appear in more comics.

Maybe some can dig into the origins of the Iron Vulture or Don Karnage since he is my favorite character.
2227	July 07, 2020	savannah	28	savannah G / USA	I'm rewatching the series from Disney+ and its bringing back fond memories.

Sometimes, petitions do work. See this! http://www.newsarama.com/comic [...] -fans-petition-idw-110425.html

We can't know anything. Even with large numbers, I doubt the petition would have an effect if Marvel hasn't got some projects for the Disney Afternoon already. (it may just "push" them a little more to try TaleSpin)
That said, the more signatures there is, the better the chance to see this happening!

Jcalamil	July 29, 2011

¿do you think 1500 would be enough?

Considering the petition is doing better than I hoped, I pushed the goal to 1500. Let's see if we can achieve this

Come on! We are getting closer. Sign the petition. Share it. Spread it. Just as Kitcloudkicker said, do your part for the petition and all together we can reach the goal! But even when we reach the goal, we can keep going up, persuading Disney even more!

Ok, but don't tell me your sister is named Rebecca or Molly

Jess Cunningh am	June 14, 2011

I don't if it was me you were asking, Steet, but, yes, Cunningham is my real name. Thank you.

Is Cunningham your real name?

Jess Cunningh am	June 14, 2011

I was born in 1991, and never even heard of this awesome show until recently. I think, though, that it would have been cool if they'd let it go to 1994.

Karny90	May 15, 2011

I love Talespin so much. I wish Disney hadn't dropped the ball on it so quickly.

Kero	May 02, 2011

I loved this cartoon....

Everyone, I want you to do your part and spread this petition as far and wide as you can! Share this with your friends, post on it your blog, FaceBook, Tweet--anything! Just make sure more and more people know about this so we can win this thing and get Higher for Hire back in business, the Sea Duck back into the air and the TaleSpin gang back and ready for action!

Guest	April 28, 2011
