¿can this series be revived someday sooner or later? I think it worths, because there are other animated series being revived, like "tom and jerry tales", "scooby doo mistery inc", and the future "looney tunes laff riott", if the problem is not about being able, then it could be about "wanting", I mean if someone can revive the series, it depends if he wants it or not, but I wish it could happen someday (for a new generation of viewers). so long!

I don't think the possibility of Disney reviving TaleSpin would necessarily have to revolve around traditional animation. There's more than one avenue for animated series now.
I could see a chance of Disney reviving TaleSpin and possibly even DuckTales. For one thing, Disney has sunk so far down in the past 15 years that they have no way but to go up. TaleSpin represents everything that Disney needs in order to attact a general audience. People just loved it; they didn't care that it was a Disney cartoon. Nowadays, because Eisner seemed to have sapped the animation spirit so much during his tenure, being a Disney cartoon is a turn-off. TaleSpin occurred during a peak of Disney that they sorely need to scale back up to.
Plus there's also that nostalgic value of revisiting a series from 20 years ago.
The problem, however, is if they revive TaleSpin, could they do so while keeping the spirit of the original series? In order to do that, you'd have to have a creative team that is in tune with the show in the way Jymn Magon was. Otherwise you'll have (censored) like Quack Pack.
I'm starting to see TaleSpin and DuckTales (which exists within the Carl Barks realm) as classic series that Disney could use to re-establish itself.

It's all a matter of whether Disney will think it's profitable or not.
Currently traditional animation is in bad shape, major american companies and especially Disney have either abandoned it for CGI (for movies) or are using very different styles (for cartoons) ala "Spongebob". There are a few exceptions like the ones you've stated, though it's not the general case...
Another problem is that they don't believe that adventure series types can attract the crowd, either. Disney like everyone else only make pure comedic cartoons because they believe that's the only thing that works (and if you ask me, they're completly wrong)
So the thing is : whenever there is a comeback of traditional animation AND traditional series, I'm sure they will reconsider these series and revive them.
Let's hope that Princess & the Frog will be successful, as this is the first attempt from Disney to revive traditional animation - otherwise we may have to wait a long time...
