Did you know that a graphical novel version of the fan-favorite episode "The Old Man and the Sea Duck" was released in 1991?
Well I sure knew about the comic version, but not that one! So I bought it, and you can read that 48 pages book right here.
My little review : this is a simplified version of the episode. Some of the events are changed (especially the beginning, with Wildcat already in the plane when Baloo has to go through the "Mirkle Pass", and he eventually gets hit by a...coconut.)
The art on the characters is good, but the scenery is lacking details. Overall I do recommend the comic version over it (which is also available to download on the comics page) Still, it's very worth a read, especially if you love that episode! The ending always brings me a lot of emotions...something I have rarely encountered in any other cartoon series.
