Honestly, I have never seen anything spreading as quick as the "Like" button on the web. I mean, Facebook added that only one or two months ago, and almost all of the sites that I visit regularly have already integrated this...
Well, as much as I don't like the vision of having "Facebook as the center and all the other sites contributing to it", and even though I tend to refuse relying on "external" sites, it's not much a choice. And maybe it could even be a good thing for Animation Source.
So, now you will find a "Like" button pretty much everywhere on here. For example, if you like a drawing, just press the "Like" button and it will be added to your Facebook account so that your friends can be aware of it and go to see it. (but I'm sure I don't have to explain this...)
I hope you will use this, as it will surely allow more people to know about the site(s).
Also, I have created an official Animation Source group on Facebook! You will find the latest news there, as well as...err...well, you tell me. (I'm still unsure about the whole point of doing this, but since all sites are doing it, why not, uh?
)

There's more Facebook-related things to come on the site, but I won't release them until it's entirely ready. Stay tuned!

And that's not the only thing Animation Source-related that's new on
Facebook. Here, check out this fan page for our official podcast, aka
Sourcecast. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sourcecast/103624929682524?v=wall I got the idea after seeing a fan page for another podcast that I regularly listen to that's also on Mypodcast. http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Iron-Maiden-Podcast/498547670477 I pitched the idea to Rusty The Fox on the Sourcecast forum topic, and he like the idea. After also pitching it to Aniu Caelestis on Facebook, she also liked the idea and eventually set up the page. |

So you are fianlly starting to use Facebook, I'm glad to see that! I
use it for my commercial site too, and I'm amazed to see how much
traffic it gets me when I find some time to handle that. |

Go away, Facebook. Why must you defile the web? -_-
I want a button for "Do not like".
You know, people from Bangladesh soon won't be able to come to AS, right? They've shut down all access to Facebook which I agree 100% with (although they've done so for all the wrong reasons). Oh, and people from Pakistan.
And soon even more.
And it's silly not to anticipate that their access to all sites linking to Facebook will be shut down too.
