Basic Information

Jasper is a harsh, brute quartz soldier with a strong will to get revenge on Rose Quartz. She fought against the crystal gems in the original war against earth, and returns once again upon hearing rumors of some crystal gems still remaining - only to be imprisoned as Malachite at the bottom of the ocean.

After being broken from the fusion by the crystal gems, Jasper continues to roam earth, building up an army of corrupted gems to help her take on Steven (who she still believes to be Rose Quartz). Desperate to try anything to beat him, Jasper fuses with a corrupted gem, and ends up corrupting herself in the process. She is currently poofed and bubbled away in the temple.

Appearance: Jasper is described as the "perfect quartz soldier". she's big and bulky, with orange and red striped skin and beige/white thick flowing hair. She wears a sleeveless body suit with mahogany straps (which, like Peridot, meet at a yellow diamond), red at the torso and mahogany downwards, with red boots. Her gem is located where her nose would be.

Trivia:

Raven Molisee (a storyboard artist and writer for the show) states that the reason that Jasper wears a cape in "Jail Break" was to look "intimidatingly fabulous"
