The day Diana left her mother and adopted father, her heart broke to leave her father, who had been like her best friend. Looking-Glass didn't want to let his daughter go, but knew it was her time to make it out in the world by herself.

It's so sad, my dad feels sad about the same thing now, I'm only ten but I know how he feels I still let him call me his little girl:)

It broke my heart as well when I was putting it together. Must be hard for him to have to let his daughters go, considering he watched them grow up from foal to mare. :3

Aw, this broke my heart. Poor Diana, but being Cheyenne and Looking-Glass's first foal, adopted or not, makes her special to him no matter what. < 3 He's had to let a lot of his daughters go since their all growing up so fast.
