Derp syndrome horse is a horse consists of Missing colorations, Wierd eyes like a above the horse doesnot have any white on its face so it cant have blue eyes, The horses coat is orange not redish orange there for its a sparkle horse, there are parts that are not colored in which suggests lazy ness in creation this is therefore called a derp horse
