Thanks to you both!
I use 3 programs, actually. First I use Paint.NET to draw the lineart. Than I use GIMP to make the lineart colour-friendly. Than I use PhotoFiltre to colour the render and lastly I use Paint.NET again to add a background. It's a lot, using 3 programs, but I like it this way xD
