Hey newby....
There are two ways to interpret this:
"...I'm Captian!" The large red horse said warmly. ''You got a name Mister?''
''Fidelin....'' Fidelin said quietly.
''Cool.'' Captain said, though they both knew that he didn't hear the horse's quiet reply, but he was to nice to make the obviously shy horse repeat it. ''So.....whose your rider?'' The horse was obviously very friendly, and wanted to reach out to the new one, but Captain didn't press the other.
''...You feeling fast today?" Captain asked Fidelin, tempting his speedy friend. Fidelin laughed quietly. ''Well?? Hows about it kiddo?'' Captain asked again, gently bumping shoulders with the smaller horse. Fidelin smiled despite himself.
''I don't know Cap-'' suddenly Fidelin took off in a quick sprint. Captain reared at the sudden shock-wave of energy, but then laughed heartily and took off after his friend.
No, I DO NOT know how Fidelin and Captain first met, this was just poetic liscence.
