Well I have GIMP- so what I did was. I openeded up GIMP. Then I went to file, then went down to 'Open in Layers' then I clicked on the images I wanted, then I lowered the Opacity to about the middle, then I went to 'Filter' I went to Animation - then I clicked 'Blend'

So yeah.
