Danger
My first REAL render/splice, whatever you wanna call it. The point is, it's 4 different screencaps mashed into one. Wouldn't have been able to do it without Bluehawk's AWESOME tutorial on making renders. Of course, I had to read it about 16 times before I finally understood it (because I'm slow like that XD). But, I must say, not too shabby for my first splice.
I might never have to draw again XD
If anyone like DLW, Opps, Marty or Bluehawk has any pointers for me, that'd be awesome.
In any case, something evidently spooked Spirit, Rain and their daughter Stormy. Spirit is running them to safety and checking back to make sure whatever is chasing them is gone.

I used GIMP, MS Paint and Sketcher in the making of this. I am pretty
light on GIMP because I don't know what most of the tools do XD Can
one of you please explain how the blur tool and clone tool work?

Somethings that help me are the blur tool, the clone tool and the
smugde tool, I use the clone tool if there is something you don't want
in the image, the smudge tool around the edges of the area you cloned,
and the blur tool, running it over the lines makes them smooth and
look like you made them like that. |

This is your first render? Well it certainly is awesome! ^^ Only two
things I really think that could help you is the steadiness of your
lines. I use a free program GIMP and as you draw the lines, you can
make the line straight, and if you keep going along the line's path it
looks a lot smoother. :3 And also, using the blur tool for the shading
makes it more realistic. c: But any-who, I love this Image! :D I love
the expressions. x3 |
