Silence is new to the cavalry's ways and doesnt really try to make friends but instead she sticks to her mom.Its normal for her young filly age so no one has made fun of her.She loves to watch the guard horses and try to spot her dad in the lines.Shes skittish at times but as she ages she will become more mature.

History:

Silence was born in a nice comfy cavalry stall.Her mother smiled nudging her up while she stood herself. her father watched as his daughter tried to stand.The stable hand and vet watched smiling."She will make a strong mare some day." "Ah yes indeed!"

A couple days passed and her father came home saying the colonel was ill and Granite was retired so one of the guard horses had to take him to the nearest doctor in another fort.And therefor guard duty was canceled.Her Semper took his daughter out into the paddoks outside the fort for some father daughter time.And at sunfall they came back to the fort.The sargent was wearing the colonels hat and taking charge as was his duty.Granite layed in the stall three doors down and Semper took her to meet the old bat."Hi mr granite!My names Silence its very nice to meet you!"Silence whinnied happily when she got no response she joined her father again and they trotted back to the stall.

Chima is protective and caring, kind and honest. He struggles to keep a good and considering reputation. He tries to be everything for each of his mares and he considers each and every mare and foal his own.

Bio::

Born in a glen shaded by Oak wood trees, Chima and his mother were all alone. He didn't have any siblings, he had no father figure. His mother was older in age and she struggled to keep her foal alive and healthy. She gave all her being for her colt and the after effects of such tasks didn't seem obvious until the colt was a year and a half. He noticed his mother getting weaker and that frightened the colt. He tried everything in his power to help his mother stay alive. He would find grass and tear it off in large clumps, bringing them back to her. She refused to eat it all and he often had to take a few bites so she would finish.

When Chima was three years, his mother finally gave up the struggle after she watched her son protect and take care of her for a year and half. She knew he could survive on his own and she finally relented, and one cool night in mid-summer, Chima's mother gave into the darkness. The colt felt that he had failed and spent the next six months wandering, passing many herds. He still had that protective lead stallion streak and he knew it, but he didn't trust himself and now, at four years old, he's searching for a mare to help him get over his past and create a strong herd. That was his quest, although he knew what he would call his herd, OakWoods Herd.

Personality: Playfully young foal that enjoys hours of fun. Loves to travel and find new things that would fill his interest.

History: Was birthed during the fall. After Picket's birth, Midnite was suffering and shortly died right after her foal was born. While in foal of Picket, she had an illness that was killing her in the sides. She had a risk loosing her and her foal's life. Blake, Picket's father, wasn't letting her die so far, he took care of her while her pregnancy. Seeing Midnite's death was depressing for him. He didn't want to see his new born foal die so he took his foal and went to the Cimarron herd. He and Spirit were rivals but Blake knows his herd could take of him.

Picket grew up in the Cimarron herd till he was a weaning. Blake rounded up his son and they left the herd during the spring. The two traveled though the woods and plains together. They began to live in a den in the woods, which belonged formerly to wolves before something or someone chased them out of the area so the den seem to safe so far. Picket and Blake are currently living in the den in the woods.
