I have joined this site before, like... five/six years ago? and when I joined the site, everyone mainly did this kind of thing, so I did this because I thought it was still allowed~
Now I have read the rules, and I'm going to continue making Spirit avatars like I did before as well, if you'd looked at my other images you might have noticed that~ >//<
And there are tons of not-spirit-related characters on here, so why complain about mine~? >//

You know this is a FAN site and you should be here because you enjoy the movies, not because you want to RP some horses. Making images with official character shouldn't be a painful obligation for you. And this character is not even movie related. Why do you come to a movie fansite if you're not going to contibute with movie-related content? Seriously, there are craptons of horse RP sites you can go.
