Explanation

I'm guessing this scene took place not long after Blake found his brother, Image, at the Lakota tribe territory.

Dawn, being the friendly mare she is, offers to show Blake around with Image. But it seems they ran into Gale having one of his "moments". This brings Image to explaining about Gale's "oddness".
