Spirit is a stallion, as you already know,

he leads his herd wherever he goes.

His lead mare Rain helps him out

when the year's foals wander about.

Their teamwork together helps to keep intruders away,

such as humans and predators looking for prey.

When the day is through, and the foals have stopped their play,

they'll go to rest 'til the next day.
