A Fight for Freedom

Faith, a wild and free horse, never tamed never broken. Faith lives with Rain, her half sister.
I'm going to tell Faiths story, lets go right back to when she was born........

No foal wants a torturing start to life, but for such a pretty and beautiful foal, Faith was unlucky.
Faith was born to an unknown herd with parents Diablo (father) and the mother is unknown. Faith was brought up by fights, attacks and a very small amount of land. Diablo told Faith that he had mated before her mother and had a foal, Rain, Diablo dosen't know where Rain is, all he cares about right now is his family.

On a cold and stormy night a war was about to begin, Diablo and his small herd were out numbered, the stronger herd won the war and stole Faith, Diablo screamed and ran to get her back, but he got hurt and didnt suceed. Diablo even suggested death to get his daughter back, but they refused and chased them out of the land, keeping Faith.

Faith was scared and alone, the other foals didnt want to play with her, she was to different. Faith decided to confront the foals and she questioned them, but it ended in a fight. Faith lost, she was out numbered (again), she also got badly bruised and hurt.

Faith had no where to go, surrounded by adult Stallions, tough and scary. One of them had a scar on their leg, Faith asked but again the stallion got angry but refused to hit her, she was just a foal.

Several years later, Faith grew up and could fight, she was strong and beautiful all the stallions wanted her as a mate but she refused to of what they did to her. Faith still couldnt run free, she was always surrounded by tougher horses.

On another cold and stormy night, an approaching herd wanted war. Faith was yet again scared, but as they got closer she realised it was her father, Diablo, Faith screamed of joy and tried her hardest to escape to them but she failed. Diablo prepared an attack with the other dominate pair, Faith watched with pain.

A member of her fathers herd snuck around the back to talk to her, she said that her father said to run away and start a herd and that he loves you, also if you cant start or find a herd look for Rain, she will help you we've sen another meber to tell her about you she wants to help, she dosent think you derserve all this punishment.

So Faith ran away as fast as she could, until she was out of sight. After a couple of months she didnt start or find a herd, so she started looking for a herd, all she knew was what she looked like and where she lived. Its getting there thats the problem.

Faith was tired, she didnt know where to go, she was lost. She knew that Rain had contact with the two legs, but wasnt sure if she wanted contact so she kept walking trying to find Rain.

Rain

Rain had been approached from one of Diablos herd, and said " Faith is your half sister, she needs your help. She has been tortured by another herd ever since she was a foal." Rain replied in stress " i will help her can you bring her to me, i will look after her she will be safe here. My father would be proud of me."  The member of the herd replied in distress " I cant get her she s surrounded, your father is very proud of you, he wants you to not hurt Faith, he loves her dearly. You see he never had any real contact with nay of his foals."  Before Rain could reply he ran away.

Rain was waiting for Faith, she got so worried she sent some of her herd to find her. As the two members left a black mare was approaching. Rain stood her ground. The black mare said " No wait you dont undestand I'm Midnight, Faiths mother, Rain stopped and replied " Look, I will look after Faith, but you get of my land, i dont want any mares here that my father has mated with other than my mother." Midnight rushed away in shock.

Faith

 Faith was so tired she could hardly walk, but then she noticed a group of horses up ahead, she called out to them and they replied she kept calling as they got closer. The two members were part of Rains herd. Faith was happy, very happy. Faith and the other two members wanted to know Faiths story, so Faith told them the whole story and they were amazed that she survuved all that captivity.

The two members suggested to rest for awhile before continuing the journey home. One of the members collected food and the other collected water. Faith needed to rest. One of the members brought Faith her favourite food, apples. Faith hadnt had apples since before she was captured tahts a long time so it brought back the memories of her family.

Diablo & Midnight

Diablo and Midnight were very worried about Faith, but they knew they could could trust her and Rain to find her way home. Diablo won the war, to get his land back, that was his first goal and the second was to rescue Faith, but she acclomplished taht herself.

Faith

Faith told the two members of Rains herd taht she wanted to go to go home, to Rain, and be happy and have foals. So the two members decided it was time to go back. There journey home was very,very long, but Faith didnt mind, she was just looking forward to seeing her half sister and enjoying the rest of her life. Luckily for Faith the two members that Rain sent are expert searchers and navigators, so they had no problem getting home.

Rain was at homeland waiting, and after a few days she spotted three figures in th distance ............. it was Faith and the two members. Rain ran to greet them, she greeted the two memebers first and told them the were heroes. Faith and Rain were so happy to see each other, all Rain wanted to know was here life story. So they sat down and talked. Rain was devastated hearing what happened to her, she understood why her mother came to see her. Faiths sory was the most devastatig Rain had ever heard. Then Faith said that it's not the most devastating, my mothers is more devasting.

Rain was shocked. Rain wanted to hear the story, so Faith stated at the beginning. "At birth my mother was born in a torture camp, not knowing her mother or father. She was used as a slave to the two legs, bringing water and food to them. She was tortured to much she had to let the anger out sometime, so she broke a two leg arm, she didnt want to but she did, and for doing that she was whipped. A start to life this bad is worse than mine, but not seeing my family for several years is heart breaking."

 Rain replied in sadness "Wow, im shocked, no wonder your mother is so aggresive, and did she escape?" Faith replied " My mother is very dominate, she fights for whats right and normally gets her way, and yes she eventually escaped hurting her leg, but she escaped. Eventually she collapsed by a near by herd, my fathers, Diablo. My father, found her one day when finding food, and he cared for her, so much they eventually became a mated pair and had me."

Rain got up and said " I now understand your torturing past, come, lets get you cleaned up and well." 

Rain set aside all her hard work, and handed over the caring of Faith to Matrix. Matrix loved her from the moment he saw her, Faith was to weak to see his charmed face. After several weeks, Faith was strong enough to see his bright, charming face, Faith loved him as well. Faith and Matrix loved each other no matter what.

Faith eventually told Matrix her life story, and Matrix was furious. He was so angry at her father, he didnt even bother to come looking for her, only her mother did. Faith was also furious at her father for not looking for her, she didnt miss him at all. Matrix said to Faith " I'm going to hunt down your father and fight him, possibly to death"
Faith replied in shock " No, dont kill him just make him pay for what he did, and tell him I'm dissapointed"
Matrix replied in a hurry " I will tell him that and remeber i will be back no matter what, because I love you"
Faith replied in a charming voice " I love you to, now show him whos boss". Matrix ran away in the distance .......

Matrix

 Matrix ran and ran away to find Diablo. About a week later, Matrix found Diablo, Matrix stared and gazed at Diablo in a threatning tone. Diablo saw him approaching and styated running towards him. Diablo stopped him and said " What do you want?" Matrix replied " I know what you did to Faith yo........." Diablo stopped him and replied " How do you know Faith, Is she with Rain ?" Matrix replied in a calmer voice " For your information i'm her mate, and Faith lives with Rain, she is also VERY dissapointed in you." Diablo replied in a shock " Im shocked, she's grown up so fast, but why are you here?" Matrix replied in anger " I'm here to punish you for not looking for her !!".

Diablo and Matrix got ready for battle.......... 3 .. 2..1.. ATTACK, the fight started Matrix was much younger than Diablo and had a bit of an advantage. Diablo started to run after Matrix, Matrix ran ahead and headed for the cliffs. Daiblo nearly bit Matrix on the rear he was that close.  

Matrix jumped and turned around (quickly) and whacked Diablo in the face,which made Diablo bleed. Diablo was angry and whacked Matrix back. Eventually Matrix pushed Diablo to the ground and ran off............

Faith

Faith was worried, worried that Matrix might die. Rain was comforting her, telling her everything will be alright.
Rain stayed by Faith until Matrix returns. Faith was so scared she wouldnt eat until he returned. Rin tried forcing Faith to eat but it just wouldnt work, Rain had been through this feeling many times with Spirit, but she knew that he knew what he was doing.
