Whitew Fox ~ Foal to Present
I wanted to make a picture of White Fox's progression from foal to his present age (15), and how he's greyed out over the years.
As you can see, he was born chestnut. As a yearling he began to grey out to a rose grey. By the time he was 3 his body had gone grey, although his mane and tail were still chestnut-y, so from 3 to 11 he's what's known as a mulberry grey. Obviously he gets lighter as the years pass, until the age of 9 where his body has almost entirely greyed out. And then, by the time he was 12, he'd greyed out entirely and turned white grey.
