We know that here needs to be a certian official character/graphics to OCs/recolours ratio. I noticed that people are kinda "faking" the ratio by posting random linearts coloured into official characters (often saying something like "I needed Spirit related image" in description) or (latest trend, lasses and lads!) posting so called "pre-renders" - collaged and/or halfly-linearted image with official characters.
I this "fake ratio filling" allowed or should it be reported?

As far as I'm concerned, people should make graphics if they WANT to make graphics, not because they're forced to.
Sorry for the angry rant: I don't mean to be rude.

As far as I was aware, official character images and graphics are 2 very different things. We HAVE been told that we need a certain ratio of graphics:linearts/renders in our galleries, and on our galleries it tells us to post one official character image for every 3 OC images. But nowhere have I seen official character images linked with graphics. Yes, most of the time if you make a graphic it will include some of the official characters so it qualifies as an official character image. But not all the time, and I hope you don't mind me using one of your own graphics as an example here, Troll, but the link below would not qualify as an official character image, because there are no official characters in it:
