Hi, I recently created another character, named Beauty, who has a spirit relation because she is in the Cimarron Herd. Most of my characters have that same relation, but with this char, it says that the relation is too weak. Her bio is perfect and her relation with Spirit is the same as some of my chars. What do I do? I dont want to add on to her bio and screw up her history. What should I do about this?

A quote from character rules: "Living on the same place than an official character isn't enough for your character to be activated." Any interaction with movie characters would do.

I think you should ask the moderator who deactivated your character about this, as no one here can really help you since we haven't seen the character. But if the character is indeed too weak in relation, then you need to go into more detail on how they're related to the Cimarron heard.
