So it would seem the rules have changed yet again without the members being informed...

Now, it would seem, we are not allowed to upload images of characters into our galleries if the characters do not have profiles yet. What, may I ask, is the point in that?

Are we no longer allowed to make images of the characters in the movie that don't have profiles yet, like the 3 Lakota Ponies, or is this rule just for fancharacters? What about designing foals for our fancharacters when the parents of the foals aren't in the image? And what about those who want to upload a picture of a character they're creating to ask for help choosing between designs or picking a name?

I'm telling you, this place is just getting ridiculous. It's no wonder so many of the people who once made this place great have beend driven away...

Without informing? This rule is present on the rule page that shows up before submitting an image and we've been told to deactivate images without any characters tagged.
However, design request and adoptables that are meant to be fancharacters on the site are allowed (other go to the forums).
Official characters that don't have pages on the site are allowed.
But images with fan characters that don't have pages are not allowed.
