I noticed that alot of my renders were MS paint friendly before I uploaded them, but after I uploaded them they weren't MS paint friendly, I figured this was because they were being resized. How do I upload a render without it being resized?

There's no fullview option for images (though it was suggested but like many other nice things - ingored). You can upload you image to photobucket, imageshack, tinypic or similar upload site and post a link in description.
