So i use MSPaint and Gimp but i really don't know how to do dapples,mine always turn out wrong!Any technices would be appreciated

Look at how dapples on horses are, then draw them on the body of the horse. They can be a shade lighter then the chosen coat colour. Hope this helped! There is also a tutorial.
