I decided to write a little story on my computer, I was just messing around. I was thinking about posting it here on SS, but I need to know if I need to modify anything on it before I post it.

 

I have pictures pasted on it, Is that alright if they're in the fanfic?

Do I have to make characters on SS for the charcters in the book? There's probably going to be more than one book..

You can post pictures (only if you've made them, like drawings you drew or renders you made) inside a fanfic, to make an example MWRoach does that in her fanfic on BambiSource and I don't see nothing wrong with that.
Pages for characters aren't something you're forced to do, if you want to share your characters with the other users of the site (and so, show drawings/renders, even that other users make as gifts or requests), you're free to do it, it's your choice.
But remember that fanfics must be Spirit related. Your fanfic has to feature the appearance of at least one of the Spirit characters. This is a fansite afterall C;

I'm pretty sure you can have pics, and I don't think you have to make a character for all your characters in the book, just include at least one Official character, and you'll be good.

As far as I know you do not have to make character pages for the characters used in your fanfictions/books. as long as an Official character appears in the first one and maybe ever once in a while in the others. but i would suggest a second opinion.
