Unfortunately, I've noticed a number of people using free linearts and, to be fair to them, they've credited the owner/creator, but when I've then searched for the lineart they've used I've noticed that the provider made it a rule that the particular lineart they've used may only be used on deviantART. Therefore, using the lineart here is breaking the rules for that artwork.
My question is; Does anyone here regulate the use of free linearts, checking that they're allowed to be used and asking whoever's used them to remove them if they've broken the lineart provider's rules? Or is it up to individual members to draw to people's attention that the lineart they've used can only be used on dA?

It's not like we can keep track of them all easily. So if you see one
that is suppose to be dA only, report it and we'll take care of it. |

it should be the mods but they don't if you see one report it or ask
the user to take it down if a user asked to use it offsite they
should provide a screenshot |
