all that comes up is Tux Paint can i still use that?
and sorry for all of the questions

Yes it is. Just click your start button (bottwm left hand corner of your screen) and search 'Paint'. Its should come up.

or should i got on my mac?

k thank you but is MS paint on windows?

MS Paint should come already installed on your computer. Just copy paste the blank render into MS Paint and use the pencil and brush tools (On paint) to daw patterns & markings onto the blank render. Once you have done that use the bucket fill tool to fill your markings/base with colour and you should be done ^^ hope this helped
