how to do a image ok so how do I make a I age do I use watercolors do I put a layer on them how do I do a image like theopps images I really love her images so that's how I want to do. Y I age so if anyone can help me I'll be glad to listen thanks

Somewhat, it will say its another layer until you anchor it down, then it will go back to one layer, but make sure its where you want it, after you anchor it you can't move it, unless you hit ctrl+z.

No, all a layer is a transparent one, or a black or white one, or if you like blending images together then you can open multiple pictures and knocking down the opacity so you can see the other images through the others.

You have to have either photoshop or gimp, or use the online sketcher to get acess to a blur tool. Same goes for Layers.

No one can do images quite like Opps. She has her own special style and way of doing them. Just try and work out your own style
