ok so I want to improve my images and how do you put a backward and make them smooth and all that other stuff do you layer them or what with my images you can see the little spots I miss and how do I get a spot to a full color without just coloring it in myself ok like you make a line then you take the paint bickit thing and click on it and it -is colored without just coloring it in by yourself

Look up tutorials on google. I prefer it to be images, so you can actually see whats they are doing. Perhaps you prefer a video on youtube, there's a few. Hope it'll help

oh and how do you put a background before a pic I have no idea how too
