I'm back now, and it appears I can still add new must-see content (except for videos apparently) so expect to see some more new stuff.

"The Selection of the Week" is a lie XD There have been plenty of fanart/image updates since this question was posted, yet no found found it important to change the Selection of the Week. Maybe to save time and energy, they should rename it Selection of the MONTH, because that's roughly how long those pics have been there. Don't get me wrong, they are cute pics, but it IS time for a change...

That would be nice but i don't think she can, as she said in the SS news "so long as you remember I am info only so “improve the banner” isn’t something I can do"
so i don't think she can activate or update the weekly selection.

Thank God someone asks this!! Just because it's not as big as BS or LKS doesn't mean were not important! I'm not saying the Mods aren't doing there job, but they need active SS mods! I would want to be one. Lol but its important for our stuf to be updated regulary just like the other two sources.

The mods find plenty of time to update Balto Source and Lion King Source pretty much constantly. But, even though Spirit Source is one of the most active of all the sources, not a single one of the mods can find the time to update SS on a weekly basis. I mean, my fanart sits in limbo for weeks at a time before anyone bothers to approve it. Lack of updates is just something we at Spirit Source must come to live with, or bug the mods enough until one of them just updates to shut us all up

I'm new so, i don't know much, but on other sites I've been on when updates take a long time, it's generally because not all of the area's have had knew material or because the site admin have have more to deal with some another part of the site and can't handle all of the things that need constant updating. after all there are like about six? other sites through animation source besides just Spirit source and they all need constant updating. I've looked at the stall list and it's very small so i'm not surprised if things take a while to update. although seeing some new fanart would be nice i know some galleries i'm just going crazy waiting to see if they've added more.
