I'm new here, so I don't know how a few things work.

How do you do adoptables? I want to make some soooo bad but I don't know the rules and things about creating adoptables. Please help!

There isn't any paticular rules to adoptables really. All you really need to do is create an image with them in and make some rules of your own, and if you used lineart, you need to credit it. That's all really! ~ indicate2012
