was recently told after reporting one that they are allowed here....but in the rules about making horse characters it says and i qoute.

"Sparkle Horses: Sparkle horses are not allowed on Spirit Source, as they were not seen in the Spirit movie, and none were in the books. All characters must be of natural coat colors/patterns and breeds (creatures such as unicorns weren't in the story!). Don't know about horse colors? Visit the Equusite  or Wikipedia  to find out, as well as to see pictures of each pattern. (Please be aware that some color genes are impossible in some breeds!)"

??? so is it allowed or not and if so why isn't this fixed....

If so I'm gonna go make a five legged spirit sized mlp that has wings ram horns, a lions tail, and three eyes and that glows XD just for the heck of it.

I don't know who added that text, but they ARE allowed, and have been for a while. There is a filter Steet implemented so we can choose if we want to see sparkle characters or not, but it only seems to be active on Balto Source. And only Steet can edit those pages now as far as I know (I know mods can't now), and he's been PMed multiple times about it. It's just a waiting game unfortunately.
