For MAC users

Hilight the image

Hold Ctrl

While holding Ctrl hit C

You will have copied the image.

Now, open paint, GIMP or Photoshop, and hit Ctrl, then V and the Image could be pasted in.

You right click on the blank render, click 'save as', and save it to your computer. I don't know about other sites, so let's just say you're gonna do it on paint. Find the 'Paste from' button, and find the render. Then color it. Hope this helps!!!
