I need some help with creating drawings... I'm currently busy on a comic, and I would love to know, how to make it look like the sun is shining on the charries. Kinda like this:

Well horse, for GIMP you need special brushes which you can find eith
eron DA or by Googling them. some Photoshop brushes work for gimp as
well but not all brushes do. also in gimp if you go into filters and
then go into light and shadow choose lense flare and you can make the
circles |

Man, I wanna know that too  I've tried it with GIMP, but it never
works the way I want it to... however I guess it looks fine... I've
tried making faint circles and controlling the opacity to make it look
like it's a reflection, sort of... That probably doesn't make sense,
I'm sorry DX |
