if we want to make a character and he(/she but in my case he) lives in the village and we give the character an owner (...i guess) do we have to make the owner a character. because in my case he's just mentioned (...because he dies.)

but yes to make my question clearer:

do we have to make our character's owner a character? even if he was just mentioned.

You mean like an owner for one of the horses we saw in the village?
If so, then that's completely optional, all up to you.. If you want to be more in depths then by all means feel free to do so.

if you want to have one. take my char firefly for an example she has a owner but in my fanfic she lose her owner though out the whole thing so you dont have to have one
