As previously stated, my two old stallies are in need of herds. The Maison-Ereptum, two herds bonded together and lead by half-brothers, is located in modern day Tenmile Range, Colorado. Mares, stallions, bachelors, and foals are all needed, but first, some insight into these herds' histories...

The Maison herd(name means “Home” in Latin), is a strong herd with an unfortunate past. Several lead stallions, mares, bachelor stallions, and even foals have come and gone, leaving those who had grown up in the herd searching for a firm, strong in character leader who will hold the herd together.

~ Sage leads this herd, and is well respected for his calm reaction to pressure and problems

The Ereptum herd, is unlike most other herds. It's small, and consists entirely of one big family. Family issues have come up in the past, and diversity is very scarce among the herd members. After another, ruthless stallion attacked, killing of kidnapping most stallions and bachelor stallions, a kind, honest leader who the family trusted was needed to begin the healing process. Taking a leap of faith, the family followed this new leader, the first leader who wasn't related by blood, into joining with another herd. The Maison-Ereptum was formed.

~Mighty leads this herd, and is mates with the older lead stallion's daughter, though she was kidnapped and he was killed.

Now, onto the positions needed for each herd:

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRIES:

RULES:

You know, follow all basic rules, and if you use a render, line art, or image in your entry that you did not make, CREDIT THE MAKER OR YOU WILL BE EXCLUDED.

Basics: Entries must be neat, and complete. Designs must be realistic and unique, bios must be believable and well-written, and the first bio presented below should be completed and included with all entries, as well as a full body image and link to the character. The second bio should be completed and included with characters who are not yet made, along with the first bio, and a full body image of the character. Each person may enter only two characters(excluding the optional extra foal), but this may change depending on the response.

Entries: A complete entry consists of one or both of the bios(listed below) completed and sent via comment or PM, a full body image of your character, and a link to that character(if applicable). Entries should be neat and complete, “work in progress”s will not be accepted. Send the bio, link, and image in one lump package, I promise I won't mind. Sending them in all at once saves time and energy, and makes things easier for me, which I like. Also, “full body” images should be just that, images of the full body of the character. This means that everything from the head to the four hooves is visible, and there is no over-lapping with other characters. You may send in a render/line art, but renders are preferred. Actually, images you made yourself are even better, but they must be full bodies.

Designs: If you know anything about me, you know that I'm HUGE into creativity and uniqueness, and I want to see those in an entry. The designs should be realistic, and definitely unique. However, if you feel that you can make a “cliche” design work, then go for it.

Preexisting Characters: Already made characters are allowed, and old, abandoned ones are welcome, as long as you plan on bringing them back to life. When entering a preexisting character, you should:

1. fill in the FIRST bio(listed below) only, there is no need to fill in the second, but you may if you'd like.

2. Send in a full body image of the character(s).

3. Include a link to the character. You may either include this in the comment WITH the bio, or as a separate entry.

New Characters: New characters that do not yet have their own character page are accepted, as are character that you have adopted, have not yet created. If you don't want this character after you enter it, or if it doesn't get chosen and you have no other use for it, let me know and we will figure something out. Also, these characters are yours to keep, whether they make it or not, why would I want to steal your characters? When sending an entry for a new carrie, you should:

1. Fill in BOTH bios listed below. They should be sent together and neatly completed. No other information wold be required, but you may include some if you'd like.

One last note, all entries for the Ereptums herd, MUST be related to Bonnie(Mighty's mate) or her father, Jenthro, who I will make soon. All flaxens, chestnuts, blacks, and other solid colors are accepted with high marks into the Ereptum family!

Stallion/Mare: Her and her brother travelled together for quite a few years, Until they came across a herd. They seemed so friendly to begin with. Their first night staying with them was starting off sso relaxing and care free, but later that night 2 stallions from the herd took Arrias brother and dragged him off. Arria ran after him but 3 herd members kept her back. Tears ran down her face, the 2 stallions returned without her brother. She demanded to know what they did with him. 1 of the stallions just snort, "dont worry miss we just couldn't have anymore stallions in the herd so we just simply chased him off." Arria reared and slammed the stallion down taking off torward the direction the stallions brought her brother, but never found him.She hasnt seen her brother since but he is alive out there somewhere.... Okay sorry my hand is getting tired ^^; let me sum up the rest. She stumbled upon the Ereptum herd who gladly accepted her. She is a very smart Mare it just is a shame she has unstable emotion, she just needs to find someone who can help her contain them. She is hoping to confront the lead stallion with her problem and hopefully he will help her.

BIO 2 Family(that applies to either their history or the herd Her Parents died when she was young but her younger brother is still around. Likes: Being happy, Being around others who care about her, Foals, Fall (the season), Seeing other happy Dislikes: The Calvary, Her moods, snakes, mountain lions, Cliffs, rude/nasty horses Mate/crush/crushers/foals: She doesn't have a specific one, Pretty much any handsome stallion that talks to her ^^; Brief history: Foal/filly- When she was young it was just ____, Her mother, Her father and 3 other rouge horses. They werent really a herd, they just came and went as they pleased. Her childhood was her favorite time of her life so far. Nothing bad ever happen, always happy and care free. Yearling- Once she turned 1 Some calvary men came across___ and her family grazing, by now her mother had another foal, except a stallion this time. Her mother was still very weak from the birthing so __ father stayed to guard her as the calvary neared. Her Father ordered __ to take her brother and run. After arguing with him for a few seconds she tooks her brother and ran for the nearest tree line. Once she reached the trees, she heared 2 gun shots in the distance. That was the last time she ever saw her parents. After the calvary ran off, __ returned to find her parents laying curled next to each other. They were already gone. After seeing this something snapped in her head causing her to become emotionally unstable.

Brief history: Foal/filly- She's born in small herd hear "Oroborus" Cliff. When Nia turned 3 weeks her parents were attacked by rabid coyotes. First three weeks there were no sign of disease. But four weeks after attack you could see symptoms. The first symptom is an irritation of the original wound. This wound, which may have healed completely, commences to itch until the horse rubs or bites it into a new sore. The horse then becomes irritable and vicious. It is especially susceptible to moving objects; excessive light, noises, the entrance of an attendant, or any other disturbance will cause horse to be on the defensive. Her parents couldn't control themselves and they almost killed her. But just before they attacked Nia big white stallion came and saved her. That was Sage. Nia's parents were too dangerous so they had to be killed. Yearling- Niagara spent her youth happily in Maison herd. She didn't have many friends but there was no limit to her friendly nature. She often got in trouble but Sage used to save her every time. Sh really feels safe around lead stallion and she considers him as her father. Stallion/Mare: When Nia turned adult age she became more mature and confident. She's honored to be part of herd and she does her best whenever she need to. She was happy to hear that Maison Herd and Ereptum Herd are going to unite. She wanted to meet new stallions, mares and foals and it was great opportunity. Hope you like her buddy!
