Origin Of Their Legacy
Many years long years ago a terrible wild fire had broken lose over the mountains. Forcing thousands of horse to flee and many had gotten trapped and died. Among the many families that came together in their rush to get far from the flames was a young stallion of only 4 years old. His pale coat made him stand out but it was not the only thing. This stallion was wise far beyond his own years and it his knowledge that had help save his own family and those who would listen to him. He leaded them down the mountains into a valley. A river and pond laid in the middle of the grass land. It was there they stayed waiting. Many more horses had left during this time fearing that they would die there in the valley but when the fire had reach near the valley it had been stopped.
The Stallion went by the name Arthur and he became the leader stallion of new herd that more than willingly followed him. His wisdom was tested many times along with his strength but he managed to stay on top. Many foals were born into the herd that had no name. Arthur's youngest son Brimstone was to be the heir to the herd and when he was given the chance he broke a very old law when he stole a mare from another herd. Arthur reclaimed his role and chases his son off and allowed the mare to return home. It was that mare's foal who would become the heir. Arthur lived for many years as the very foundation of the herd and his death left the herd in pieces with only 4 of the original members left to guide Image.
