History: Yava's mother was a pure wild mustang that fell head over heels to an escaped Russian Arabian stallion. When Yava was born the two were extremely happy. Their small herd had grown, adding a beautiful new filly to their numbers. Yava's young foalhood was filled with nothing but happiness and bliss, but as she grew older her foalish features started to mature into a lovely young mare.

She took the mistake of straying from her herd just a little too far. It was then when she was stolen from her family. The tragedy struck her parents hard, her father searched for her but to no avail. For two more years Yava was stolen from or her current herd was taken over multiple times. She never got settled in one place, she never lost hope that she would see her family again one day.

Finally one day she had enough of just passing between stallions and she snuck away while the band stallion had been fighting another mare-thirsty rogue.

This is when...

Mate/Relations to the herd: none
Position: mare
How they found the herd?: The day after she ran off from her last herd she aimlessly wondered through the wilderness, not really knowing where exactly she was. She had been grazing when the sudden burst of a small flock of birds in front of her spooked her. Sending her into a speedy gallop across the meadow. She had been glancing back when she finally looked ahead again and immediately put on her brakes. She slid to a stop... nose to nose with a young stallion. (Jamie)
